By placing an order with Plates2gosw, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all sales and services provided by Plates2gosw and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

2. Custom Plates

  • All number plates sold by Plates2gosw are manufactured to DVLA standards and are road legal, provided the customer has selected compliant options.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the registration entered is accurate. We are not liable for any mistakes submitted during the order process.
  • As number plates are custom-made, once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Fitting and Use

  • Plates are provided with standard UK spacing and fixings unless otherwise specified.
  • Plates2gosw accepts no liability for improper fitting, incorrect use, or non-road-legal configurations requested by the customer.

4. Returns Policy

Because each number plate is custom-made to your specification, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items unless:

  • The item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or
  • There has been a manufacturing error on our part (e.g., incorrect registration).

If you believe your order is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@plates2gosw.co.uk. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If a return is authorised, the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

5. Delivery

  • We offer same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1 pm (Mon–Fri).
  • Standard and next-day delivery options are available via DPD or Royal Mail.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. Plates2gosw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Liability

  • Plates2gosw is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse, poor installation, or the use of illegal plate designs.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the purchased product.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to process your order and communicate with you regarding your purchase. We do not share your data with third parties.
